A Laymen’s Dream to start a Land & Real Estate Museum in 2014-2015- The Dream lasted 2 years.

Autographed Document signed by John Prince , Samuel George Bonham and the first Governor of the Straits Settlements Robert Fullerton.

PrinceStPrince Street was purchased by Keppel in 1972 to form a larger land for Ocean Building. Prince Street was named after John Prince Resident of Singapore in the 1820’s.

Cecil Street, Clementi & Smith Street was named after this great man.

Early Queen Scholars.

In British Malaya, the first scholarships, originally known as the Higher Scholarships, subsequently renamed the Queen’s Scholarship were founded in 1885 by Sir Cecil Clementi Smith, the Governor of the Straits Settlements, in honour of Queen Victoria. The first recipients of the scholarship in 1886 were Charles Angus and James Aitken. Below is the autograph of James Aitken
